Design, Simulation & Risk Control

Using CATIA V5 (or NX upon request), we model with precision and anticipate risks through Robust Engineering Software (RES), from functional analysis to control plan.

Our internal and partner-supported simulations — including vibration analysis and structural stress — help us refine each design and detect critical zones early. This ensures optimized, validated solutions before production even begins.

Production-ready engineering

We assess manufacturability using Visi software to validate stamping and forming processes. Our testing facilities allow us to verify long-term performance with:

  • Tensile machines (up to 100 kN)
  • Durability benches for hinges, hooks, and strikers
  • Climatic chambers (-40°C to +200°C)
  • Salt spray chambers for corrosion testing
Each prototype is stress-tested under real-world conditions.
