Missions & Responsibilities:

• Ensuring production support to achieve planned goals in the area of quality, production, costs, and safety
• Cooperation with technology suppliers and responsibility for assigning, taking over, and introducing technology into series production in cooperation with other departments
• Optimizing the use of material and human resources to ensure the lowest possible costs
• Determining and optimizing cycle times of production technologies
• Creating and updating production documentation (work procedures, packaging procedures, material specifications, instructions) ensuring the required administration
• Creation and optimization of ND stocks
• Tracking, analyzing, and optimizing the consumption of tools and components within the production process
• Ensuring the necessary documentation for the production of spare parts
• Evaluating the capability of machines and processes in case of detected deviations from the required state
• Analyzing the operation of machines and lines, documenting the findings, and searching for opportunities for continuous process improvement
• Designing and ensuring the improvement of working conditions by applying the 5S system, health and safety, and ergonomic requirements

Skills & Educational Qualifications:

• Educational Qualifications:
  • Applicants with education are suitable for the position: high school with graduation, technical qualifications, Extension/Higher Education, university degree I, university degree II
  • 3 years of experiences
• Skills:
  • Microsoft Windows, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint – Advanced
  • Knowledge in graphic programs Solidworks, Catia
  • Knowledge in reading and creating technical documentation, 3D modelling
  • Experience in the SAP information system is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the English language – B2
