Missions & Responsibilities:

• Develop configure and optimize industrial processes from inception to start-up and certification
• Develop best practices routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates product quality ergonomics and workstation safety in a continuous improvement process
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure the design and manufacture of new products including:
  • Carrying out preliminary studies for reliability increased production and loss reduction
  • Helping to put new equipment and processes into production: drawing up specifications and costing
  • Participating in the design and choice of equipment and production locations
  • Supervising the phases of tests and fine-tuning of the processes
• Analysing malfunctions and participating in the implementation of a continuous improvement approach
• Looking for technical and economic solutions to optimize production costs
• Proposing areas for improvement and estimating costs (budget time etc.) with the design office
• Developing supplier sourcing and technically analyzing their offers
• Breaking down and analysing the different stages of the process to make production processes more reliable
• Carrying out feasibility studies to adapt the production tool to new commercial demands
• Following developments in the company’s field of activity

Skills & Educational Qualifications:
Educational Qualifications:

• Bac+5 training in mechanical engineering electronics or equivalent
• Solid experience (approximately 5 years) in industrial process engineering or machine design

Skills:

• Excellent technical skills (mechanical pneumatic hydraulic electrical robotic)
• Knowledge of the different processes used in the automotive industry (e.g. screwing assembly welding gluing etc.)
• Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations
• Creativity proactivity and analytical thinking
• A good level of English (B2) is required
